- Administrators can generate Call Statistics and Analyze them for:
- Real-time monitoring of QoS (ASR, ACD etc.)
- Call statistics (Traffic volume, Revenue & Cost) monitoring by Destination / Carrier / Subscriber
- Trend Reports based on Total Calls / Carriers / Revenue / Profit / Cost / ASR / ACD etc.
- Resellers / Subscribers can generate Call patterns and Usage Reports based on:
- User / Group / Reseller / Source / Destination
- System Log files based on configured log levels are generated for a specific period of monitoring.
