    2. Call Shop owners can create their own rate plans and bill the walk-in customers.
    3. Web based reports on completed calls are available to the Call Shop owners on the basis of which they can create invoices and charge the customers.
    4. Call Shop owners can bill each IP Phone / Port of ATA in their Call Shop as a different number.
    5. Call Shop booths can be created with user friendly names with different rate plans.
    6. Call Shop booths account will get recharged as and when the user pays for the usage and hence the booth account will not get expired.
  2. Online Payment Gateway Integration
    1. Subscribers can also make payments online by utilizing this service.
    2. This service has secure order pages and provides a convenient way to transact through various Payment Gateways.
    3. Some of these Payment Gateways (integration required) are Moneybookers, Paypal & Authorize.net
  3. Web Based Provisioning & Reporting
    1. Administrators can generate Call Statistics and Analyze them for:
      1. Real-time monitoring of QoS (ASR, ACD etc.)
      2. Call statistics (Traffic volume, Revenue & Cost) monitoring by Destination / Carrier / Subscriber
      3. Trend Reports based on Total Calls / Carriers / Revenue / Profit / Cost / ASR / ACD etc.
    2. Resellers / Subscribers can generate Call patterns and Usage Reports based on:
      1. User / Group / Reseller / Source / Destination
    3. System Log files based on configured log levels are generated for a specific period of monitoring.
